Chakra Balancing & Tea

Tea, or there that seems to be a tea….what actually can drinking this ancient beverage do for you? Well besides the fact that teas very long history of healthy benefits have been proven over and over again, there is a multitude of things on tea’s resume that are beneficial to you. But can a tea truly balance your chakra? There are a multitude of things that come into play when you drink a cup of Buddha Tea’s chakra teas! I will use this article to explain what happens when you drink a cup of herbal tea and how it does it’s magic for you.

First off we all understand that tea does contain large amounts of flavonoids, and antioxidants. According to Healthline.com, “Green tea, alone, is about 30 percent polyphenols by weight, including large amounts of a catechin called EGCG. Catechins are natural antioxidants that help prevent cell damage and provide other benefits. These substances can reduce the formation of free radicals in the body, protecting cells and molecules from damage.” So it is concluded that if you drink more tea than anything else in your life you are receiving some pretty strong benefits right there.

But what about teas that are not teas? What’s that you ask? How can a tea not be a tea? Well a tea is not a tea unless it is actually made with “tea leaves”. That would be a base of black, green or white tea and then other ingredients that makes up the body of the recipe, or it could simple be a cup of nothing but pure tea meaning no other ingredients. However, there is an ongoing misunderstanding among many parts of the US country where everything that is herbal with or without actual tea leaves included, is called tea or herbal tea.

There is actually no such thing as “herbal tea”. A beverage of this type would either be actual tea leaves brewed into a drink or a cup of herbs brewed into a drink or a mix of the two. Either way the proper terminology here is #1- Tea beverage or #2- Herbal beverage. Personally I have a problem with calling herbal beverages teas because I know many people that tell me they do not like tea and will not try any herbal drink because it is referred to as a “tea”. Buddha Teas do a great job at creating teas and herbal beverages that resonate with your chakras, and with your inner being altogether.

So when it comes to your chakras, we are talking about just another part of your psych that can be influenced either through positive means or negative means just by consuming a healthy beverage on average of every day, at least a few cups a day. We all know that many herbs have 1000’s of years of history to prove their worth too. Buddha Tea’s Chakra Tea line is pure herbs, and made with only 100% organic ingredients which also qualifies them as non-GMO for all you awesome awakened people knowledgeable on the truth about GMO’s (genetically modified organisms)!

When you consume clean food, which means all your liquid you take in, too, you are doing the entire body a favor. Every ingredient seeps into your blood stream from what you consume, whether it is food or drink. So when consuming Chakra Teas, by Buddha Teas, understand that what you want to do is choose a chakra, or two, which you want to work on. Then drink that herbal beverage daily, a few times a day for a length of time which is a bit like doing a detoxification with a tea, so 2 weeks, a month, 3 months…those are popular choices for detoxing times which works for balancing chakras with herbs too.
