Refund/Return Policy

  • Time – Until your psychic fulfills your psychic reading/healing order, you may request a refund. Refunds are NOT given once a psychic reading/healing has been completed and returned to you. There is no way to take back a reading, you have received the information and will always have it even if you request a refund. This poses a fairness issue for the psychic. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your reading, you may contact customer care and make your case with the form below. We will look at all facts and determine if site credit is necessary, no refunds will be made on psychic/healing services once complete.
  • Method of refund – Any refunds will be to the same form of payment used or you may request site credit. If any charges were made to a credit card, those charges will be returned back to the card used.
  • Product condition – Product must be a direct product through not through an affiliate merchant- new, unopened, in order to return. Returns of products are only accepted for items damaged during shipment or defective. Any product purchased through any of our affiliate links, we are not responsible for and cannot help you get a refund or return.
