Raising your spiritual vibration is a key, and significant aspect, of awakening… and truly, keeping up a high vibration is fundamental for remaining solid, being cheerful, and living energetically. What you eat and what you put in your body assume a key job in the degree of vibration you can reach. You can help yourself in raising your vibration with a high vibrational eating regimen. On the other hand, you can obstruct your advancement, cause difficulties in your physical body, and make expanded opposition by slowing up your brain, body, and soul with poisons and low vibrational nourishments. High vibration nourishments are those that sustain your body, help with detoxification, increment the degree of light you’re ready to convey, and raise your vibrational recurrence.
The most elevated vibrational foods are nutrient-rich, raw, living foods grown from the ground, in soil that is not contaminated or used up! I am talking about less dense, colorful organic and raw vegetables and fruit juices. Because eating one certain way for a long time can become boring and time consuming, such as trying to constantly chew fiber rich foods into enough puree to swallow (think loads of veggies in a salad bowl) the blender comes in handy! When we say juice or smoothie, many people may think about fruit. Well, there is more to a high vibrational juice than simply fruit. In fact, mixing of fruit and vegetables in your juicing recipes, is how you can attain the highest level of nutritional support.
I personally do not like to waste, so anytime I am juicing fruit or vegetables I look at the puree that is sent to the disposal container on the juice machine. Now most of the time people will juice something like a pineapple and there are loads of puree that is sent to the disposal container on the juicer and that is disposed of by the person doing the juicing. However, if you are into making smoothies keep that puree and mix it in with a smoothie! In fact, pineapple pulp/puree, with pineapple juice, from a freshly juiced pineapple, goes extremely well with a mix of summer fruits in a smoothie. There is less waste, and you get more out of your juicing and smoothie recipes that way. By the way, did you know that a natural cure for a headache is a large dose of high-grade nutrition/vitamins and minerals? It is true, try drinking a fresh smoothie next time you suffer with a strange headache and watch how fast that thing is put to rest!
The reason is your body is lacking something and a fresh juice or smoothie is all it takes to replenish that. Want to lower blood pressure fast? Drink fresh juice or a smoothie and it does just that! So, aside from strawberries, pineapple, peaches, and mango (summer fruit smoothie) in a blender with ice, fresh fruit juice and some high-grade non-dairy yogurt, what do you add to raise your vibration? Try Maca powder! You can add in maca powder to any smoothie, and it will raise your vibration exceptionally. Eating one smoothie or consuming one cup of juice each morning will raise your vibration for the whole day. It is essential that you do not use any fruit that you know could be genetically modified, such as this GMO Papaya. Because we all know that genetically modification is no way to raise a vibration and is meant to actually lower your vibration.
Here are some of my favorite smoothie recipes for raising your vibration. Just place the items into the blender, no need to measure anything just go with your intuition. If it is too thick, add more juice or ice, if it is too thin, add more yogurt or fruit:
- Pineapple or Pineapple puree/banana/strawberry/mango/orange juice/maca powder/non-dairy yogurt/pineapple juice.
- Kale/Carrot puree/sweet potato juice/maca powder/papaya/non-dairy vanilla yogurt
- 1 Tsp Almond extract/Pineapple/Pineapple juice/strawberry/non-dairy vanilla yogurt
- Mango/Papaya/kale/maca powder/non-dairy honey vanilla yogurt/peaches/mango juice
- Purple carrot puree/Purple sweet potato puree/beet juice/strawberries/papaya or mango
- 1 tsp Madagascar vanilla extract/1 vanilla bean/honey vanilla non-dairy yogurt/banana/
- Orange juice/pineapple/non-dairy vanilla yogurt/peaches/mango/strawberries/cosmic red carrot juice/blueberries
- Blueberries/strawberries/raspberries/peaches/spinach/kale/mixed berry juice/non-dairy plain yogurt
When I make juice, usually in the mornings, I tend to keep what I can so that I can use that in smoothie recipes later on. I also purchase large bags of frozen fruit and sort it into quart size bags which makes enough for 3 people to have a large glass. The fruit and vegetables and other ingredients really boost the amount a quart bag will serve. So, if you are alone, you can freeze the rest for later or you can use sandwich bags to portion with. It saves me having to grab the large bag every day, pound out what I need and refreeze it. With the quart bags, I simply pour the contents into the blender, add the rest of the ingredients and Walla, blend to perfection. You should be making room for at least one fresh juice or fresh smoothie every single day. That one glass is all the fruit and veggies you will need in a single day. Happy blending!
