Reiki has been used for thousands of years to heal, and it is becoming more and more popular today. People by the hoards are switching to an alternative way of living and this includes turning their backs to the medical industry. What does the word “Reiki” even mean? Reiki comes from the Japanese words “rei” (Universal) and “ki” (Life energy). Reiki originating from Japan and is commonly practiced everyday there just as it is becoming today. Reiki healing targets the energy field that surrounds your body and heals anything that is wrong.
Reiki energy aims to help the flow of energy and removes blockages, much like a acupuncture or acupressure session would do. Healing and improving the flow of energy within your body can reduce pain, speed up healing, promote relaxation and reduce symptoms of illness. Of course, reiki activates your gifts.
When you perform Reiki healing these gifts are awakened and spring to life. This is true whether you believe in your own gifts or not. But believing in them makes it that much easier for you to use them to create success and abundance in your life. So believe in the power and yourself, and then get reiki healing to help you activate those amazing senses and bring them to life.
Takedown your walls or blocks, either with yourself or someone else, or simply letting go of your fears. Talking more to people that you love about what you love about them is also a symptom of taking down walls. Reiki healing is a very powerful energy that can help you break down those walls. Think of your intuition as your best friend in the world, the one you can always trust no matter what. When you get those messages, trust it. But you do have to take down that wall first.

Your third eye chakra is an energy system in itself and rules most gifts such as clairvoyance (Clair Knowing). Our third eye chakra responds very well with reiki healing. Your third eye chakra is an invisible spinning wheel of energy located between your two eyes in your forehead.
Your crown chakra is another one of those invisible spinning wheels of energy you have that assists you towards your path of enlightenment. You have 7 chakras, and your third eye and crown chakras are the last two. These are the only two chakras that are your connection to your psychic gifts. The greatest gift of reiki healing is that it aligns you towards the path of enlightenment, and helps to keep you there. Enlightenment is not a one-stop destination. It is a continuous journey between your soul and the Universe. Once you get there, you don’t stop.
We need enlightenment, not just individually but collectively, to save the planet. We need to awaken ourselves. We need to practice mindfulness if we want to have a future, if we want to save ourselves and the planet.
