An herbal tea recipe to aide in spirit journey meditations
- Jasmine blossom/flowers
- Premium green tea leaf (such as sencha or matcha)
- Mug Wort herb
Mix equal parts of hand rolled green tea, jasmine flowers and lemongrass with half part of Mug Wort herb. Use dry product and blend together in an airtight container.
To make a tea with the blend, simply use 2 teaspoons per 12 Oz. mug or 3 level tablespoons per small tea pot. Steep in boiling (200 degrees) water for 5 minutes, strain and enjoy with honey or sugar to taste.
Warning: Do not operate machinery or drive while consuming Mug Wort herb. If you are pregnant or nursing please avoid using this product.
