After the holiday seasons, you will no doubt feel drained, disconnected from your inner being, stressed, overwhelmed, etc. As a spiritual being, it doesn’t take much to drain and overwhelm us. Just daily tasks can be too much for us. Writing this blog is to be directed towards these people that understand exactly what I mean. We have Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas and then, New Year’s that most of us attend to. All that shopping, cooking, family and friends and drain us instantly.
So, after the holiday seasons, make plans to recharge yourself. All vibrations work at high and low frequencies, inside us and around us. When your vibration is low it will be apparent; it’s just a matter of being aware of your situation and afterward dealing with amending it. Perhaps your income doesn’t come in as it used too, your well-being is poor or you feel overwhelmed by negative people all the time. At the point when your vibration is high that as it may, this is an excellent feeling of living. Here you might be welcoming motivated individuals into your life, bouncing up every day brimming with idealism, things might be advancing especially well in business, maybe your bank balance has never looked so great!
So, how do we raise our vibration for the betterment of ourselves? I know it sounds pretty complex but I’m here to tell you, its super easy! Read on below to learn how to raise your vibration after the holiday seasons.
Meditation is the number one thing that you can use to help raise your vibration after stressful times. It is easy and a quick task. Meditation helps to calm your spirit down and put you in a peaceful state of mind. Just 10 minutes of meditation a day can change your life forever. The inner calm and stillness of mind brought about by meditation shift your vibration to a higher frequency, making you a permanent magnet for positive energy, setting your life on the highest and best possible course.
Just as it sounds, earthing (also known as grounding) is the process of connecting with nature with no shoes. Earthing allows your body to connect with the earth’s electrons through your feet. A simple 10 to 15 minutes a day can make a major difference in your vibration. When walking barefooted on the earth, the earth transfers energy from the ground into your body. There are many health benefits of grounding and raising your vibration is one.
As we are met with great challenges throughout life, it is vital to keep our nervous system running as perfect as possible. The goal in times of challenge is to raise our vibration, so our bodies and minds can rest and digest all that is happening around us. This is the main thing yoga focus’s on. Six poses focus on raising your vibration, and they are the Rocking Forward Fold, Empty Coat Sleeves, Breath of Joy, High Lunge Kicks, Victory Pose, and the Tadasana.
4- Become conscious of your thoughts
Whatever you think or say becomes your reality. So, it is important to be aware of the things you think about or say about others and even yourself. Putting yourself down and not believing in yourself can cause rapid lows in your vibration. Saying or thinking you’re not good enough or you can’t do something lowers your vibration, so turn that around, be positive. Everything you say or think has an impact on yourself and others. Be thoughtful.
5- Eat foods that raise your vibration
Admit that you overindulged yourself in a lot of foods that lower your vibration. Ranging from meats to sweets. You ate more than you usually do and probably ate certain foods you may eat only once or twice a year. It’s time to get back on track. Start eating fresh fruit and vegetables, super foods, fermented foods, ancient grains, fish and most importantly, good clean water such as spring water. Although, filtered water will work, anything but tap water.
Applying any or most of all that was listed above will help recharge your inner being and help to raise your vibration after this hectic holiday season. Get back into nature and connect with mother nature’s healing power. She will truly recharge anything that is out of alignment. Eat healthier foods and drink clean pure water. Get back to your empowering and recharging activities such as yoga, meditation, Tai Chi, etc. You will start to feel happy, motivated, less stressed when things go sour, etc.
